Mac and Cheese Sticks


Frozen Macaroni and Cheese (pack or container)
1 c Flour for dredging
2-3 Eggs for egg wash
1/2 c Breadcrumbs for breading
Vegetable Oil for frying
Marinara for dipping
Heat frying oil to 350 degrees. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/2 inch by 2 inch sticks out of macaroni and cheese. Set up dredging station and begin dipping sticks in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs. Fry in batches until golden brown and bubbly. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Serve hot with choice of sauce.
